HKTCA is a member of Volunteer Moment, set up by Social Welfare Department. The Steering Committee will award the certificates signed jointly by Mrs Selina TSANG, wife of the Chief Executive and the Director of Social Welfare, according to the their yearly accumulated number of service hours served.
